Payment and Shipping Options
Credit Cards: We gladly accept Visa and Master Card. with verifiable shipping address. For your protection, orders are sent only to the billing address of the cardholder. Special arrangements may be made for orders that need to ship to an alternate address. Credit cards are not charged until your order is shipped. Orders less than $2500 are available via credit card or shipped C.O.D. for the convenience of our first time customers, subject to verification.
Purchase Orders: For the convenience of our larger business, institutional and government customers, purchase orders will be accepted on an approved basis, with standard payment terms of NET 30 days. Orders can be placed by email providing a confirming fax or mailed copy of the purchase order is received. Minimum $2500 for first time Purchase orders.
Shipments: All shipments are UPS ground, within the Continental United States. Shipments beyond the Continental United States are the responsibility of the buyer. Customers may bill shipping charges directly to their UPS or Fed-X account.
Standard UPS Ground Shipping & Handling To The 48-Continental United States FOB: Chino, CA.
Credit cards accepted are MasterCard and VISA. Credit Card billing information must be verified on new customers prior to shipment of order. Payment via net thirty (30) days may be established for companies with three U.S. references. Outside North America: There is a $20 banking fee charged on Net 30 orders less than $1000. Prepaid Wire Transfer: You can wire the funds to our bank. We will contact you with the total amount that includes shipping charges and a $50 wire transfer fee. We will reserve stock for your order for 48 hours on orders awaiting funds. Orders will be cancelled after 15 business days if funds have not been received. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes additional International freight charges.
